The AC 300 F Flexible Fiber Laser Cutting System cuts materials up to 3mm in thickness, from basic geometric forms to complex, ornate jewelry made of precious metal. The AC 300 F Laser Cutter cuts automatically, quickly and accurately.

CAD-generated cutting paths are converted within minutes and can be cut directly – ideal for prototypes and small series. With a small footprint of 1,340mm × 1,180mm, the compact AC 300 F Flexible Fiber Laser Cutting System offers a spacious work area of 500mm × 500mm, where plates of arbitrary lengths and widths (up to 500mm) can be processed.

The fully automatic laser cutting process is operated via an intuitive touchscreen and takes place in the closed, laser-safe working chamber, observed through a large protection window.

The nesting function on the AC 300 F Fiber Laser Cutter shines, especially in mass production, with an optimized use of materials to prevent unnecessary waste. Precious metal residues are collected for reuse.

Depending on your needs, fiber laser sources with 150 – 300 W of laser power are available.
