With the flexible AL-SWS laser welding system, you can effortlessly weld and cut workpieces with a diameter of up to 12 mm automatically or manually. The AL-SWS laser welding system is available with a laser power between 50 and 300 W.

The AL-SWS laser welding system can be outfitted with up to 5 different table inserts, which can be changed in seconds. This allows you to easily adapt the laser system to your cutting task, including contact welding, circular welding, micro welding, cutting, and sheath welding under mechanical pressure. With some of the inserts, the laser welding or cutting process takes place in the closed, laser-safe working chamber.

The laser welding or laser cutting process can be controlled manually by touch screen or automatically with software. The components such as the touch screen, foot plate, and foot switch, can be adjusted individually to guarantee a comfortable working position during long hours of use.

The AL-SWS laser welding system is best suited for the manufacture of sensors or medical-technical components, such as sheathed cables, sensors, resistance thermometers or thermocouples.
