The ALW is now also available in a fiber laser version with 300 W and 450 W laser power. The fiber source has a high energy efficiency and is ideally suited for reproducible welds, as the laser power is constant during the welding process. You can weld in CW mode or pulsed.
The welding machine is also available as a Nd: YAG laser with 200 or 300 W and offers high pulse peak power.
The ALW is ideally suited for series applications. The NC software is integrated. Programming and teaching takes place directly on the 15 “touchscreen display. Additional I / Os are also available. In addition, an automatic wire feed. In toolmaking, the functions “BKS” (user coordinate system) and “individual teaching” support.
