The AL-T Basis Work Table is used when a wide variety of workpieces have to be processed without the need for precision programmed laser welding. The flexible laser head can be rotated 360° in the resonator mount of the AL-T and can be fixed in any position in the swivel range.
The AL-T with the AL Laser is recommended for service companies in the welding sector. Alpha Laser open systems can handle small parts and large volume or long workpieces. Our laser welders are well-suited for repair welding in tool and mold making, mechanical engineering repairs, the manufacture of medical components and sensors, and precision engineering and sheet metal processing.
The AL-T Basis work table was developed for use with Alpha Laser AL Series Lasers and allows work without restriction through a working chamber. On the system worktop, the workpiece can be moved on the three linear axes of movement: X, Y, Z. An optional rotary axis is available which can be tilted up to 90 ° and allows welding on cylindrical parts.
